For fans of the television series, it is clear that when a character achieves his goal throughout the story, we rejoice as if it's someone close to us (as if they really existed). Or when one of great importance dies, it is as if life had failed us or stolen a piece of our hearts.

Yes. Many of us know the pain after viewing the moment, and repeat it, to be in shock for minutes, hours and days ... of being masochists and watch it again and again. So, the death of our favorite characters is heartbreaking. But this list is not to remember you those moments again; It is to recognize how essential they were in their stories:

Warning: some options may be taken as spoilers ...

1. Oberyn Martell (Pedro Pascal)

Yes, we can make an infinite list about characters who have died in Game of Thrones, but I want to mention a character that stole our hearts, which succeeded with only one season- is Oberyn Martell. Oberyn, known as The Red Viper, was a energetic prince, vigorous, determined and quick wit. His death was one of the most powerful, tragic and violent of the series, but he will always be one of the most glorious and courageous.

2. Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen)

Star and lead character in the sitcom Two and Half Men, is the millionaire who lived in Malibu and received his brother and nephew in his stately mansion. It was an excellent series until Charlie Sheen began having many problems of drugs and alcohol in his real life, so that producers do not agree with their behavior and decided to do something "smart"... kill Charlie Harper in the ninth season. For some, the worst decision because after that event, the series began to plummet, even with the participation of Ashton Kutcher. Two and Half Men, definitely had a before and after Charlie Harper.

3. Zoe Barnes (Kate Mara)

When we begin to see the first season of House of Cards and met the role of Zoe Barnes -the sexy and intelligent reporter getting information to costs of whatever-we all thought it was going to be a decisive character to the end of the whole story . But cruelly and without mercy, she was killed by Frank Underwood.

4. Hershel Greene (Scott Wilson)

Hershel became a major character in The Walking Dead he gave home to Rick Grimes and his band of survivors in the zombie apocalypse. He was such great character, solidarity, wisdom and courage (although those who read the comic knew their destination) we all loved him so much that when the time of his death came, his followers shed a few tears (the ones who admit it).

5. Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks)

One of the most recognizable characters who had the popular series Breaking Bad. He was the goon of Gustavo Fring and partner of Saul Goodman. He made life miserable (and sometimes was saved) to Walter White, but this one took the life of the great Mike.
